Terrell Smith, husband of Kimberly Smith, is a native of Manning, SC. Terrell is a 2003 graduate of Clemson University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. In 2007, he later obtained his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Terrell currently serves as The Positivity Academy’s Chief Financial Officer & Financial Coach. In this capacity, Terrell manages the day-to-day financial operations of the company and provide financial management coaching to clients of the “PA”. Outside of working for The “PA”, Terrell currently holds the position of Accounting Manager at Valmont Composite Structures (dba Shakespeare) located in Newberry, SC where he’s been serving in that capacity for over 10 years. While employed at Shakespeare, Terrell has assisted with managing the financial transition through three different acquisitions of Shakespeare by companies Genlyte, Philips, and Valmont. Terrell has also assisted with the mergers of three smaller businesses with Shakespeare for which he now manages the “overall” financial reporting for the consolidated company, Valmont Composite Structures. Terrell has a strong passion for helping others with financial management and volunteers his time at his local church as a financial coach.
When Terrell is not “number crunching” or consumed with finances, he enjoys playing and hanging out with his two sons, Tyson (2yrs) and Cameron (6 mos). He also likes spending time with family and friends and taking family trips. Terrell is also an avid football fan and loves Clemson football. Go Tigers!
Aniysa Taylor is a South Carolina native currently attending the University of South Carolina majoring in Broadcast Journalism. At the university she works as a Community Ambassador with Off-Campus Student Services. Aniysa currently serves as The Positivity Academy’s Marketing Ambassador. She assists with managing the company’s multiple social media campaigns. In addition to school and work she also serves at her local church’s youth ministry.
